Real11 is a fantasy gaming platform offered real money contests to participants.
When they approached me in 2021, they were struggling to scale spends ($48K), user acquisition & revenue. Their Facebook and Google Ads account were a total mess with a very limited channels in the distribution split.
In about two months, I scaled spending from $48K to $100K monthly with a complete revamp of Facebook and Google Campaign structures. I deployed a systematic, targeted campaign structure focused on the top of the funnel, the middle of the funnel, and the bottom of the funnel.
Expanded the channel distribution from merely 3 to 8 and scaled up user acquisition and marketing budget.
